I have found Kimcoh Properties to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. This agency provides a very efficient service. Their employees are friendly and courteous, which makes a significant difference. Kimcoh Properties keeps me informed at all times on each of my properties, which is useful as I do not reside in the area. They have proven to be extremely professional and are quick to attend to queries and concerns. In additional, they have done an exceptional job at minimizing void periods and maintaining high levels of occupancy across each of my HMOs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kimcoh Properties for the services that they provide.

I recently bought a property in Doncaster and started using Kimcoh to manage it. It's been fantastic since before I even got the property, and the onboarding process was great. Vicky was very thorough in answering my numerous questions and has since taken care of my property extremely well with her team. I'm informed about maintenance issues by the tenants via an automated system, and minor items are fixed automatically, with bigger items needing my input. The management fee is reasonable and the quality of service I receive is excellent. Overall I would highly recommend Kimcoh.

As an overseas investor its key to have the right team in place locally. Kimcoh has been my local letting agent in Doncaster since 2017, and I'm delighted to work with them. Their expertise, especially in the HMO marked, has saved me a lot of time and effort. They make sure my properties are let, maintained and licenses/certificates are up to date. I am in process of purchasing a property in Doncaster in the hopes to rent it out.
