For Room Rentals

We do not require a deposit, you can move in on the same day with proof of income, ID and 4 weeks rent!

Call into our office and we can go through all the options we have available.

For Houses or Flats

If you have seen a house or flat advertised, please fill in our tenant application form HERE

Call the office and provide your email address. We require an application form to be filled in, we will then arrange a viewing based on meeting the property criteria. We require 1 months rent and a deposit to move in.

RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE ON OUR WEBSITE BY CARD, OR BY BANK TRANSFER OR BY DIRECT DEBIT.

PLEASE SEND ALL REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE VIA OUR WEBISTE. THESE WILL BE DEALT WITH QUICKER THIS WAY.
