Kimcoh Properties was born 16 years ago, we are a family of property investors and after years of investing and managing our own Buy To Lets and HMOs and knowing the Doncaster market inside and out we decided to share our knowledge and experience with other landlords.

After working from a home office and gradually upgrading our location we are now located in Doncaster town centre with a huge prominent office which is ideally located for the HMO market tenants. We are a family business with Kim, Coral & Chelsea being Father, Mother and Daughter being the directors as well as the majority of the staff being family members.
